non-interactive kiosk, force full screen flash
I'm setting up a digital sign/non-interactive kiosk for a elementary school which will show the kids how much power the photovoltaic array is creating. Because the computer/keyboard/mouse will be locked up I don't have as many security issues as an interactive kiosk.
I've added the Adobe Flash software to the system startup folder, but while it starts in full screen mode on bootup, it then drops out of full screen mode. This is a problem because I want to have the computer run completely automatically and turn itself off at 3:30 PM and on at 7 AM with no user intervention.
When I run the flash program by hand it starts and stays in full screen mode, so I think something that runs at startup is becoming a foreground task.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
