    Nearly 5 mins ?

Is it a new system , or an older one ?

If it is new, it may be windows updates that are installing at the time of shutting down . Also make it sure that no unnecessary programs are running in the background .

If it is an older system, and sometimes it took normal time to be shut down, you may restore your system to an earlier date .

Also if you use any customizing program like alienware, it wil take a time to shut it down .

Shutdowns are logged in the Event viewer under IDs 200 through 210. Just go through this article, dont worry about the title, it'll tell you how to create custom views in event viewer by filtering on event ids. Instead of filtering on boot ids, just filter on ids 200 through 201. Shutdown Time would be Event 200 and ShutdownDegradation would be Events 201-210.
