Q: Windows Logo Key - pass all to app?

I would like to pass all the "Windows Logo key + other key" shortcuts through to my app.

Is there a way to stop Windows 7 (and Windows XP) intercepting some of them, e.g. Win+e.

For anyone searching, here's the full list:

You mean other then writing fragile code that might break with a new update or version, that hacks into the low under belly of Windows?

Yes, other than that ... :)

Other combinations, such as Win+w or Win+s are passed on to the app. So I can use them for shortcuts in the app.
