    OK, the files are there. Try deleting them, at the command prompt type del followed by the name of the file exactly as it shows in that snip.

    If it objects, try enabling the built-in admin, use option 2 in this tut, then try deleting again.

    Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable

    It will remove those temp files.

    cheer sguys no luck some of it a bit to technical. Thanks for all your help... it has been much appreciated. Might just stick it back to factory setings or pay £30 to get it fixed. Thankyou all
