333Mhz is the correct value for your FSB clock.

For memory rated at 1333MHz, the correct FSB is 333MHz with a 5x memory multiplier. From the information you provided, this would appear to be the memory currently in your system (highlighted).

In order for you to have a FSB of 400MHz, you would need memory rated at 1600MHz with a 4x memory multiplier. This memory, again highlighted, would fit that requirement.

Both sets of memory modules are from the Corsair XMS3 DHX Series.
