My PC RAM is not fully usable

    Hi guys.

I have 2.00 GB of RAM on my PC.
But in brackets I can see (1.75 GB usable).

    Why is that?

Your 0.25GB of RAM is hardware reserved, most probably shared by your graphic card
You can't do anything about that

No you can't do anything, enable Memory Remap in your BIOS if it is listed

That's such a small amount to be worried about, Win 7 is the best allaocator of ram it will use it as needed you don't have to worry about it.
