I dont know exactly how to explain this but Windows 7 seems to be heavy on my processor because it always seems my processor is running at 100% on my pc is always freezing.. any idea why?

i have tired a clean install, even remove the 64bit and try the 32 bit..same result..am running vista on a partition and its running much better than the w7.
