Thank you for all the quick replies,
I found out that when i booted into diagnostic mode it automatically disabled my kaspersky av service. Now when i re-enabled it i get the blank screen delay again and also

    Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\srv.sys

So i guess, that service is causing the problem but i don't know why. My question is why is the AV causing an issue? It is supposed to solve them.

Anyways i could not get access to the computer as my family was using it so now i am going to update all my MB drivers + the VGA drivers and see what happens.
If you have any ideas, you are welcome to share them.

Suggest you uninstall Kapersky then install MS Security Essentials to use with the excellent Win7 firewall - kept auto-updated. http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/

Run like this for awhile to see if it works better. Hopefully it solves the problem with the kernel driver.

I downloaded all the drivers from Gigabyte and nVidia and updated each one of them. Had no success. Still getting

    Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\vga.sys
    .....
    Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
    Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
    Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
    Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\NDProxy.SYS
    .....
    Did not load driver \SystemRoot\System32\DRIVERS\srv.sys

    Any Ideas??

is the system still slow as you described in the beginning, or is it just that you've got some interesting missing drivers?

If you'd like a visual view of your boot process, consider using xbootmgr (and perhaps uploading the files here for review if the data is overwhelming).

There is no doubt the boot speed has improved but my boot time is still around 1-2min. I still see the blank screen but now for a lesser time. There is no affect on system speed as i said, after loading to the desktop the computer works like a charm. The only problem is booting.

Any ideas as to why there is multiple listing of each failed driver. If you'd notice each failed driver is first loaded, the next time it fails, are these multiple drivers or multiple entries? I am totally blank...

Alright i asked a friend of mine (with a stable system) to check his bootlog, the same ones were found on his pc except srv.sys, i think we may concentrate on solving that one...
