Are you sure you're uninstalling firefox clean?

    Manually remove these folders:
    C:\Users\your username goes here\AppData\Local\Mozilla
    C:\Users\your username goes here\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox

Download and install Firefox 10.0.2 directly from mozilla.org, never from other sites.

And never seen those files on Windows\Temp, something really fishy is going on with your Firefox.

    Hope it helps!

Golden & Gregrocker, big thank you to both of you. I downloaded and ran the CCleaner. It detected and cleaned all in the junks in the Temp folder (including the etilqs files), and guess what, I now have 315GB free space. I guess the only solution to my problem is to run CCleaner every week religiously.
    Thanks again. Greatly appreciated.

Had the same problem. CCleaner worked like a charm. thanks gregrocker.
