    sfc /scannow log issue

    Hi,

I just ran sfc /scannow in CMD with Admin privileges and got this:

    Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7600]
Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

    C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
    Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
    C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

    C:\Windows\system32>
What do I do with this? :)

You can have a look into the CBS.log to see which files are not fixed. Use this command:

    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log

If you want to copy that into a Notepad, Wordpad or Word document, right click on the cmd window > Select all > right click again > paste into Notepad, etc.

It opens, runs alot of lines and then closes.

Its not open for me to copy it.

After running the command that whs gave you, go to this folder C:\Windows\Logs\CBS inside you'll find your CBS.log.
