    Startup Problems?

I have an OCZ Agility 2 60 GB as my boot drive, with windows installed.

I've benchmarked the drive and it's on par with what it should be. Anyhow when I boot windows 7, from the moment it says "starting windows" I began timing it, and it takes 40-50 seconds. Which is much slower than I'd like since my SSD is quite capable of faster boot speeds.

I read somewhere to try and use sfc /scannow command with your windows disk in the drive. I tried it, and it said it found some errors, and fixed them but it also found some and was unable to fix. It made a log which I've uploaded here: http://www.robinhoodsplayground.com/...dsmurf/CBS.txt

So how can I speed up my windows 7 boot time?

Check closely the Performance log for clues as to what is hanging startup if anything.

You can also use the tool used by the Pro's to trace slow boot: Trace Windows 7 boot/shutdown/hibernate/standby/resume issues - MSFN

run sfc \scannow several times in a row to see if that might fix the errors. also, if you have any external drives connected, unplug them before you boot.
