    Reset Action Center Message

Started a Windows Backup but stopped it when I decided I did not want to create the number of DVD's indicated. Still keep getting the notice that 'Windows Backup did not complete successfully'.
How can I clear this. Backups are currently being done using a WD USB drive.

Hello Romiga, and welcome to Seven Forums.

This will reset backup for you and hopefully stop that Action Center message as well afterwards.

Backup User and System Files - Reset to Default Configuration

If not, then see if running backup one more time allowing it to complete will remove the message.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
