Edit Registry - uninstalled software

Hi, uninstalled Nero 7 on my machine. Checked the registry and lots of key entries left over. Under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT there are 90 key references beginning with Nero. Under HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software- Ahead I have 17 entries under Ahead and each of these entries has sub key entries. Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - Software - Ahead I have 7 entries under Ahead and some of these entries have sub key entries. THE QUESTION, can I deleted these entries from the Registry as the Nero application has been uninstalled. Thanks

I'd Better use TuneUp utilities Registry cleaner(recommend), or some another similar software.

I killed my Win 7 installation. Big time! I used a partition utility to extend the size of the active partition, to give Win 7 a bit more breathing room.
