Sorry to say mate - but that's simply impossible.
Every PC is vulnerable to a certain extent - be it consumer level Windows, be it geek style Linux. There are always ways.
If you are really so concerned about data safety, I'd recommend using a very good encryption tool in the first place, namely Truecrypt. It's absolutely free, open source and easy to use. With a strong password, it's almost impossible to break.

I use GRC's password generator when I am paranoid.

    https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm

But you can also concoct something on your own taking care to avoid things like your mothers name, your birth date, and dictionary words.

But remember, the tougher the password, the tougher it'll be to remember. If you lose it, you'll likely be locked out of your computer. Also, if the computer is a laptop and the laptop gets stolen, all bets are off.

With Truecrypt it is possible to secure your HD pre-boot meaning that any weak point in Windows itself wouldn't matter.
Just go to their website and read the FAQs. It's actually not even that hard to do plus it leaves only a very little impact performancewise.
But Bill is absolutely right - security begins with a good password.
