    Thanks, Jacee. I will consider your suggestion, after I've tried some of the others. Since I have been a Norton customer for many years and am used to the menus and screens, I'm a bit reluctant to make such a change as you suggrest at this point in my life.     I had the same problem and this solution was not too difficult to follow. it works.

    Operating system comes up with Blue Screen Error: Stop c000021a - Ask the Core Team - Site Home - TechNet Blogs
