If you are using 64bit, go to 7229. Everything works great and it will last till Aug 2010. I play games as well and I am using 7264 but will have to rearm it up until RTM is released.
I am too lazy to change builds..... I will just survive until RTM. My computer starts up fast enough. Hopefully it will work now. I am going to keep testing it though.

I hear ya. I'll bet your sleep/wake issues will be cleared up with the right video drivers. I have heard that many people have fixed game issues with newer builds. Updating is really easy too. Good luck though. Glad it seems resolved.

God****it..... I think I screwed it up pretty bad...... ****.

I may just DL the latest build since I am thinking of reinstalling anyways. OH, yeah that might work.....

*sigh* To the torrent sites.... I will have to find someone with a link to the latest leak.

I have exactly the same problem since past many builds & there is no solution I could find so I stop upgrading & now waiting for the RTM, that might solve this issue but who knows?

I have a dual boot with XP & the sleep work perfectly fine on xp I didn't even set any options by default its been sleeping fine.

I just d/led 7 RC maybe five days ago and I got RC 7100.

I got rid of the default Nvidia driver and installed the lastest driver from Nvidia (186.18 at this time) and with one try, it worked - the PC awoke from sleep by shaking my mouse. I will keep testing.

I'm wondering if the fault doesn't simply lie with the default M$ Nvidia driver.

BTW, I was able to "get rid of" the default M$ Nvidia driver by running DriverSweeper twice.

Good to know that you solved the problem but in my case (asus P5b board) nothing works so it seems different mobo have different issues which prevent them from sleeping.
