Only you know what you did to the recovery partition...so try reversing it. If it doesnt help order recovery disks from HP, just cost about $20.
Another option is to clean install windows (borrow a disk or download one)- the same edition your computer came preinstalled with, then activate with the sticker key.

Since you have HP tools I guess it's an HP PC.
It looks like Fritz D: has overwritten your factory recovery partition.
HP allow the user 1 partition! How dumb is that.
My preference would would be to normally just get the factory restore disks but with HP I'd do a clean install.
Alternatively do a factory restore/recovery and make C: logical then you can make as many additional user partitions as you like. I've had problems but apparently works for others.

If you can't find an exact same version, you could use the info in this tutorial to create an "all versions" installer of any version Windows installer, to install using the same method I posted above.

After you have made backups of everything you care to save, the best method is to do a complete wipe (secure erase) of the entire Hard Disk Drive first, it over-writes everything, all the old Windows code including all the old drivers/programs, giving you the best possible space to install Windows to.
