SSD only gets WEI of 5.9?

I recently installed a Kingston SSDnow V200 into my laptop, and so far it seems to run fine except I get the occasional slowdown, and my WEI is only 5.9.

More details pulls up the following error:
Caution: Based on the results of the WinSAT Disk assessment, your system drive may have slower response times under some workloads. Performance results will depend on the specific applications used and the amount of memory available. If your experience is satisfactory, no action is needed.
I'm trying to run winsat, but there's the results from AS SSD benchmark:

I thought the 4K score was bad, but here's the results for my desktop's Corsair, which gets a WEI score of 7.5:

Obviously Windows didn't base the low score on these numbers.

Any ideas as to what is the cause? Is it something unimportant, or is it worth a RTM?

    thanks.

    Here's the results from Winsat:
    Code:
     Run Time 00:00:00.02
     Disk Sequential 64.0 Read 347.12 MB/s 7.9
     Disk Random 16.0 Read 240.33 MB/s 7.9
     Responsiveness: Average IO Rate 1.31 ms/IO 7.7
Responsiveness: Grouped IOs 9.86 units 7.2
Responsiveness: Long IOs 30.78 units 1.9
     Responsiveness: Overall 303.51 units 5.9
     Responsiveness: PenaltyFactor 1.0
     Disk Sequential 64.0 Write 224.27 MB/s 7.4
Average Read Time with Sequential Writes 0.164 ms 7.9
     Latency: 95th Percentile 0.349 ms 7.9
     Latency: Maximum 230.406 ms 7.2
Average Read Time with Random Writes 0.579 ms 7.9
     Total Run Time 00:01:10.22
Seems the problem is in the long IOs responsiveness test. But what does that mean? Is that a configuration, software, or hardware issue? I did try rerunning the winsat disk assessment a few times and once I got 7.5 or so for Long IOs, but when I rerun WEI and winsat after the score didn't change.

As far as I can tell, there is nothing wrong with the disk except for that one benchmark dropping the WEI score. But why s that benchmark so low?

This is what I get with my Kingston SV200S3128G SSD. Long IOs is definitely the cause.

    Code:
    Run Time 00:00:00.01
    Disk Sequential 64.0 Read 125.14 MB/s 7.0
    Disk Random 16.0 Read 108.77 MB/s 7.2
    Responsiveness: Average IO Rate 1.34 ms/IO 7.7
Responsiveness: Grouped IOs 10.44 units 7.1
Responsiveness: Long IOs 4.14 units 7.8
    Responsiveness: Overall 43.20 units 7.2
    Responsiveness: PenaltyFactor 0.0
    Disk Sequential 64.0 Write 129.54 MB/s 7.0
Average Read Time with Sequential Writes 0.343 ms 7.9
    Latency: 95th Percentile 0.633 ms 7.9
    Latency: Maximum 235.218 ms 7.2

...it seems to have resolved itself:
    Code:
    Run Time 00:00:00.01
    Disk Sequential 64.0 Read 346.63 MB/s 7.9
    Disk Random 16.0 Read 253.49 MB/s 7.9
    Responsiveness: Average IO Rate 1.07 ms/IO 7.9
Responsiveness: Grouped IOs 9.41 units 7.3
Responsiveness: Long IOs 5.51 units 7.7
    Responsiveness: Overall 51.86 units 6.9
    Responsiveness: PenaltyFactor 0.0
    Disk Sequential 64.0 Write 223.53 MB/s 7.4
Average Read Time with Sequential Writes 0.175 ms 7.9
    Latency: 95th Percentile 0.354 ms 7.9
    Latency: Maximum 0.514 ms 7.9
Average Read Time with Random Writes 0.165 ms 7.9
    Total Run Time 00:01:05.43
And now my disk score is 7.9, and my total score is limited by my graphics at 6.6

I'll still keep testing it for a couple days to make sure it's not a fluke, so i won't mark this thread solved yet.

I have NO idea what fixed it, but I did finish installing software updates.

    Winsat disk -log

But you have to run command as an administrator for it to work. Don't ask me why, it just always pops up a window for a split second otherwise.

    Thank that did it.
I have no idea what all that means, good or bad.
