I don't know, when I try using the msconfig, the check disappears, and when I looked at the services.msc, some says "access is denied"

Download and run frewware malwarebytes. Run a full scan, let it clean whatever it wants.

Then run a sfc scan 3-4 times.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

After following the above steps, try opening the services console and start the services. If you still get an access denied error, navigate to C:\windows\system32 folder, the locate services.msc, right click on that then click Run as administrator. Provide the admin password if asked to.

Also exactly which services are you enable to start? And how is the computer bothering you?

If you have a system restore point from before April, 2, set back to that.

You can easily check your restore points if you run:

    vssadmin list shadows

In an elevated command prompt. The restore points have a date and time stamp.

Did you run a malware scan and sfc scan as I had advised earlier?

Yup I did that, at first there were integrity violations, then it fixed it, and I tried again re-enabling the services, the services still won't be enabled.
