Thanks, I created the reg key listed in your first link, so I will see how it goes, before digging into the tutorial of your second link.

I'm not particularly inclined to do a fresh install, but I probably will do a repair install, and see what that accomplishes.

want to delete Hotfixes and Updates Leftovers
Can Hotfixes and update leftovers be deleted like Windows XP? in which folder they are saved now in windows 7? i want to check how much space is staking and if its worth the gain. I have a recently created full backup and image system just in case something goes wrong so that may not be a problem.

Hello together, is it possible to integrate Updates into the Windows 7 CD? In Windows XP Hotfixes there was an option "/integrate". Could someone tell me how to do this with Windows 7?
