Help me

There is something wrong with my windows 7 ultimate x64 bit and x84 bit. The aero themes seem to freeze / slow down my PC a lot making it unusable. I can not copy/paste any text or copy any files anywhere. I tried reinstalling 3-4 times (windows). windows 7 basic theme works fine, and classic is fast as.

Hello unknow and welcome to Seven Forums.

Wow... seems pretty extreme to reinstall Windows 3 or 4 times if I'm understanding your post correctly. First things first. Are you using 64-bit or 32-bit Windows? (That would be x64 or x86. There's no x84.) Second, did you really reinstall the operating system 3 or 4 times or did you try to reinstall something else? If the OS, did you do a clean install or a repair install? Do you have an actual DVD (recovery disk, OEM disk, upgrade disk, full install disk) or are you using a manufacturer's recovery partition? Could us more info to try to help. In the meantime you might find these tutorials helpful.

Welcome to Seven Forums unknown. You can also help us by filling out your system specs. At the top of the forum you will see User CP (User Control Panel). Click on User CP.

In the left hand column, You'll find Your Profile, click on that and you will see Edit System Spec. Click on that and fill out the fields. If you don't know the info, you can download something free like Speccy, and get the information from that. This info will always be helpful to people trying to help you.
