You can't compare the WEI numbers to the numbers here directly.

WEI is a rating system for comparison to other WEI scores of your own or others.

The Winsat formal gives actual measurements.
The numbers I outlined in red are not directly interpreted to WEI scores. They may be used by WEI to detemine the WEI HD/SSD score by averaging or something similar.
They are the hard drive/SSD only.
    > Disk Sequential 64.0 Read 95.63 MB/s ----6.5
    > Disk Random 16.0 Read 1.50 MB/s ----4.0
    > Responsiveness: Average IO Rate 3.15 ms/IO ----6.3
    > Responsiveness: Grouped IOs 10.12 units ----7.1
    > Responsiveness: Long IOs 12.47 units ----7.2
    > Responsiveness: Overall 126.26 units ----6.7

The winsat mem, winsat cpuformal are included with this test.
Basically this is all the tests in one place.

It is just a comparative against other winsat formal tests or against your own numbers if you upgrade.
Just for fun mostly as the WEI thread and memsat/memory assesment thread are.

I also don't understand all of it.

I have read it a few times and compared with other posts, there are comparisons where better hardware i.e a GTX 570 has a much higher score than say a HD 5770, this is also evident on i7's vs i5's e.t.c. I agree though that it is great for testing upgrade performance. My only upgrade options now are an SSD and a proper gaming monitor with low response time then this build is complete.
Yeah I put the WEI there because I saw 1 posted, took a while to put the WinSat Formal info in the scrolling window, at 1st it was massive.
    Thanks for the info.

    Found these links.

Cmd commands list towards bottom of page.
    Command Reference Overview [H1S]

At above link you will see command whoami above winsat. If you get amnesia Windows Cmd will tell you who you are.
Now that is funny and odd.

winsat commands- each is listed individual with info. All the tests listed are run in winsat formal.

I had a major problem with software on my PC ASRock OCTuner was somehow stuck at 31.5X multiplyer over a 205 clock. I couldn't open the program because PC would freeze, so I uninstalled and then got the Utillity from ASRock Website, I re-Installed it and all went back to normal. I re-Ran the WinSat Formal and I could see there were improvements in the scores.

HTPC, Bitstreaming to a Denon AVR-1911. Setting up Bitstreaming was involved and required me to change a few codecs... perhaps that's why I get the error and the test was so short... but it still plays beautifully:

    E8400, DFI P35DK, 4GB G.Skill 1066, XFX5450, Samsung 46" LED, Denon AVR-1911, Klipsch HDT-500, Bitstreaming. WD 250GB primary; Samsung 2TB F4 storage.

ERROR: Could not find a codec to decode this file.
