    Failed SFC repair help

When I run a SFC scan its only getting to 96% and then reports that it couldnt repair some of the files. Can anyone please help in with the repair of the system as a complete reinstall will mean losing so much. Here is the CBS log

Did you have a problem that made you run SFC?

If sfc fails you can run a repair install without losing it all.

    Run a repair install

I would have done this but the system is OEM, MESH say the disk that comes with the system is just the same as a shop bought version but I highly doubt it. I'd manually restore the files if I could find out which files were corrupt. The system is quite stable but for browser problems. Flash wont completely uninstall so there's problems there. IE regulary stops responding.

To uninstall Adobe Flash Player use their uninstaller:

    Uninstall Flash Player | Windows

To see if your IE problems are related to any add-ons, go to start > all programs > accessories > system tools > select Internet Explorer (No add-ons). Or, you could re-set IE back to default settings through control panel > internet options > advanced tab > reset button.

Thank you but I've tried flash uninstaller several times and run IE without add ons. The fact SFC verification is only reaching 96% indicates OS problems. I've looked through the CBS log but it seem to be repeating the same repairs over and over unless I'm reading it wrong. I was hoping someone with more knowledge of these logs might take a look at it.
