As SIW2 rightly pointed out, you seem to have a lot of extra fonts i.e. those other than the default fonts. If you dont need them or can afford to delete them go ahead, just remember whatever you use them to view will not render properly once these are deleted.

Also, unless my math has become history, the size of your C: drive is only around 20 gig. Why so? Thats really cramped, if your hard disk has other partitions you should resize and allot at least 50-60 gigs for C: drive, even more if possible. You'll need to use a 3rd party partition manager like partition wizard to do that.

You also seem to have user files (.jpeg, .rar, .7z etc.) on this drive, these can be moved off to an external drive.

Other than that, just get a bigger hard drive.

Open a CMD Prompt as ADMIN
    type:
    cleanmgr sageset:99

In the box that pops up, check everything.

    Next, type>
cleanmgr sagerun:99 to run the cleaner.

Yes the fonts I am sure can go -

Your memory is impressive! Yes the reason why my very small C Drive is such is that I followed a tutorial two years ago on how to dual boot and it said, just use 20 GIG which ever since has been the bane of my life....

Also - to resize could be full of issues (which I did address once on these forums) since I have like 4 partitions....

    THANKS for your helpful reply
