Well if you checked that link you would find this problem has been attributed to a dozen different causes on a dozen different systems. Ranging from overheat issues, to antiviruses misbehaving, to the nforce chipset.
I've also personally seen the ati driver package do this by spamming info 30 times a second into the management logs.

Unfortunately there is really no way for me to know what is causing it on your particular system.

Try running either Process Explorer or, in the alternative, Process Hacker to track down DLL-version problems or handle leaks. They may give a better picture of what's eating your CPU.

Windows 7 Ultimate x86

I do have the same boring shitty problem.My CPU is always at MAX.It isn't related to whatever i'm doing.starting from watching a movie to using SolidWorks :S:S..I've installed new clean version of windows without any modification, used ESET Smart Security.. but nothing is fixed.
any suggestions ?
