Turn off the defrag schedule, not good to defrag too often; actually can shorten the life of hard drive.
Download and use auslogics defrag. It is regarded as better by very many, here at the forum.

In what way would a defrag shorten the life of a hard drive?

When you defragment the disk, large ammounts of data are moved around in order to group files in one place for faster speeds.
This means that the hard drive is being used an awfull lot during defragmentation.
So too much defrag will cause problems, but then again no defrag is just as bad. I just suggest do it when frag is 10% or more.

Sure there will be some data transfers on the disk during a defrag, in particular if the defragmentation is not done often, but do you have any data that supports that this will actually cause problems or shorten the life of the disk?
