no they do not, in fact as a general rule you can remove everything from that box.

I would not mess with anything called mom or ccc though that's related to your graphics. The rest of them the worst side effect will be you have to use the shortcut to launch it rather than the tray icon or it auto starting.

trial and error on that man, I would just disable it and see if everything still functions.

You don't need anything except AV and gadgets to startup unless you really miss having your messenger or some other program being ready when you start up.

Graphics controls aren't needed unless you have used them to configure special settings which cannot be maintained unless they start with windows. Ditto sound.

Keypad is sometimes missing scroll or tap to click function if you disable at startup, but many don't like that distraction anyway.

The only exceptions I'd leave are a HD protection device which has a driver installed, which parks the HD when transporting a laptop. It only really works if there's a driver installed so check that if you google to find a listing is for that.

Sometimes a laptop battery tender can give you better readings than WIn7, but generally Win7 has better built-in features than the useless factory utilities so I'd uninstall them all or clean reinstall just the OS to be rid of all factory bloatware. Reinstalling Windows 7

    hi cheers for ur reply
i never had any bloatware as its a home build. i only like to keep AV, gadgets, CCC,winpatrol by billp studios(godsend), easytune just to adjust cpu fan speed and a must hav for multimonitor taskbars n wallpapers display fusion.

    cheers foks
