There is a file in that startup folder which you need to remove (delete) so it doesn't start every time.

If you don't see the folders indicated in the error mesage, unhide them.

Use CCleaner Redirecting... to remove this program from starting up.

I found 2 folders in the startup
    1. updater.exe
    2.update.exe

I deleted the first but the second could not be deleted because he is saying that this program is open in Windows Explorer ,so I have to close it then delete update.exe

But I do not know how to close it..

As in the pic , there are two windows above each other . By deleting the first file ,One window appears to me now..

CCleaner is free. The 25 bucks are for business only... CCleaner - Standard

Go to start orb and type in msconfig, enter. In the window which opens go to the Startup tab, scroll to the item you don't want running and uncheck it, Apply, OK, restart now, OK. This will restart your computer right away.
