    CPU Maxed(nearly) at Idle

I just installed 7600 16385 x64, and been having some problems. Here is a picture of my Task Manager right after bootup:

There are no programs running besides the one Windows uses to start up, not any external program. It's nearly maxed and I have no idea why.

click the "Processes"tab to see which process uses the CPU (you can sort to CPU). normally "Idle"shoudl be around 99%.
I assume antivirus or some disk management program, disk dfragmentation or so started at that moment. All those do some checking every once a while.
does the system work fluently? On my rig I don't feel any impact when KAspersky or Defraggler do something except for hearing the HDD.

I'm so sorry that I posted a thread before checking that, but the problem turned out to be WMC:

I don't use WMC anyways, so I'm just going to disable it. I haven't disabled it yet, and it keeps starting up using that memory.
