Best tweaks to speed things up?

By default win7 is pretty quick but would like it to be even faster :)

What do you guys recommend for tweakage?

Anyone remember the webpage that shows all the tweaks that improves Windows 7? It was on here few weeks ago, but I can't remember and can't seem to find the page. This guy showed all the things he disabled from startup to help improve performance. Help will be much appreciated.
