I don't even want to know the temps of that thing... or how long it'd take to pay off that loan for a $6493 laptop! I'm fairly sure this is one of the most powerful laptops ever...
The maximum frequency can be found by going into the resource maneger from the task maneger. I know it is below 100% for laptops running in a power saving mode but it should never be belwo 100% for a desktop should it? It's not like im running a ton of processes and my core temps are 25c or below...
