No CBS.log After Running sfc and DISM?

Hey guys, will someone kindly help me with some cbs.log issues? I cannot find the cbs.log, I'll leave a screenshot if that will help. I see CBS, CbsPersist, CheckSUR and CheckSUR.persist, what the heck! The sfc and DISM did not report any problems, so maybe that is why there is not Log? This is the Path I chose: C:\Windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log

    Thanks, Nasty7

    Hello Nasty7, :)

The "CBS" in your screenshot is the "CBS.log" file. You just don't have Windows set to show known file extensions to see it.

If you like, you can use the command from Option Three in the tutorial below to only see your SFC details from the CBS.log.

Thanks so much Brink, I'll save this info for future use. I was just surprised that the cbs.log was so small, that's what tripped me up here, except for not knowing about the "show known file extensions ", did not know about that.

Still learning thanks to you guys!

    You're most welcome mate.

No worries. It'll grow. My CBS.log in Windows 10 is currently at 11.9 MB.
