Windows 7: hide local disk?..

hide local disk?..

I have 100Mb Local Disk reserved by system. But I would like to hide it like folders and other files.
Is it possilbe to hide it?

Hello AW,

Could you post a screenshot of your Disk Management (diskmgmt.msc) showing all of your HDD's layout?

This will give us a better idea on what you may be able to do.

How do i hide the 100MB partition?

Check Kari's comment on post 7 in the above link.

Whatever you do, don't delete it, as it contains the boot files for Windows.

but I dont really get what should I choice.. I need to hide E:\ Local Disk

Restrict A and B drives only
Restrict C drive only
Restrict D drive only
Restrict A, B and C drive only
Restrict A, B, C and D drives only
Restrict all drives
Do not restrict drives

Easy. In disk management right click the drive you want to hide, click change drive letter, then in popup window click remove then ok.
