DISK CHECK appears often before startup

    If you want to stop it, open an elevated Command Prompt and run this command

    chkntfs /x C:

    This assumes that the ptoblem is on the C disk. You can add more disks e.g. (space) D: F: etc.

    how should i do the sfs thing? and btw.. if i reformatted, i thought its goin to solve any errors?

    There may be software errors after you reinstalled your programs. Open an elevated command prompt as in this tutorial. Elevated Command Prompt type SFC /SCANNOW and press enter. It will take some time to run.
