    Hm one actualy think it fixes problem i had with hidden taskbar/monitor sleep... ill report later, need bit more testing.

    edit: nope no such luck

    Looks like one changes the build string in the registry

Failure to install a bunch of updates

I have been trying to install a bunch of windows updates, but every time I try it gets to 15% configured, then fails. It shuts down and restarts my computer and gives me a message that the updates failed. I'm not sure what to do here. Here's a screenshot to show the updates that aren't working....
Last week I formatted my hard drive and did a clean install of Win7. Windows update found 99 updates, eventually these were all installed. No progs were loaded at this time. More than half have failed; five pages full on a 22" monitor. Many are 'important'. jpeg shows about 1/5 of the failures....
