Switch users while leaving tasks running in the background?

    Switch users while leaving tasks running in the background?


    Does FAST SWITCH USER really allow this behavior? I could leave VMWare with Linux running as a server in the background, while allowing other coworkers in the office to use the computer on separate accounts?
