    Physical Memory Usage


    hi guys

    problem:
    my physical memory usage is high when i have only browser opened, laptop 2months old.when i bought it i had no problems, now i dont wanna play any games more becuz it can get overheatten

    i already have scanned with
    -malwarebytes' anti malware
    -norton internet security
    -registry booster
    -CCleaner

    nothing found

    questions:
    which services/processes are unnecessary?
    how else i could reduce my physical memory?

    Processor : Intel Core i3 350M
    GFX : AMD Radeon HD 6370M
    RAM :3GB

    That looks OK to me. Windows 7 will use as much as it needs and manages the memory so that frequently used programs remain in memory unless it is needed for something else. It really is not worth disabling services you will end up doing more harm than good.

    if i start a game example Allods online and put everything to minimum graphix etc my physical memory get by 60% is that ok too ?

    I don't know that game but as I said just let Windows manage the memory for you. Mine is sitting at 2.6 GB out of 4 and at the moment I am just browsing with Chrome.

    Using memory does not make a computer slower, it makes it faster. 60% is not even close to 100%

    Agreed with all of the above...and trying to free up more RAM won't do anything to prevent your laptop from overheating. That's all down to CPU and GPU usage (and to a lesser extent, components such as the HD).
