I think those drivers are messing up a bunch of people. Sometimes you have to do the procedure a few times before they will install correctly.
Choosing Vista compatablity mode first forces the drivers to try again with Win7 settings and they work.
okay, i never had to get outside help, but this is killing me.
main machine crashes during every other boot. win7. either freezing / different types bluescreen before logon, or crashing processes at logon (explorer, event notification, themes, gpedit..)
