most ram allocations like this are done by defaults or are labeled turbo cache as antman said. if your really into pushing things you can do bio's edits for some cards/systems, but editing your video cards' bio's is not for the faint of heart or inexperienced and can cause complete hardware/software failure.

What does available graphics memory mean?
I have an integrated Nvidia Gforce 7150m card on my HP laptop. Its pretty old, but has 128mb dedicated and "1072mb available".
