    Well that doesn't matter anymore because i reinstalled my windows and everything is working now, so it was something wrong with my system.

Hey so i ran a sfc /scannow and it found corrupt files and could not repair them. I tried again in safe mode but to no avail. I will provide the cbs.log file so someone can possibly help me. Thanks :)
