Has anyone else noticed that chkdsk uses all available physical memory (if you let it run long enough)? I find that if I run chkdsk and watch the memory usage in task manager it jumps by about 50MB every 2 seconds or so until it either finishes or hits around 3.2GB at which point my physical...

I am currently using MemClean and it not only decreases my memory use but it also seems to improve the general performance of Windows and apps. Is this really the case or is it just my impression?

Hi there, I have just increased the memory on my Packard bell istart 2479 and since doing so, I have no sound. The Speaker symbol in the bottom corner has a red x on it and it says No Audio output device is installed. This is really starting to frustrate me now because I cant seem to fix it....
