    DST/CST Clock Resets

I have the clock set to notify me when clock changes, and it always has a note as to when a change is scheduled for savings time, but it never notifies me nor changes the time on it's own. I always have to reset it myself and that is usually after the time confuses me enough for me to check the actual time.

How do I get it to reset automatically?

The notify me is not a dialog box, its that message at the bottom when you click on the time. For automatically setting the time go to the Internet tab. And/Or, make sure in Task Scheduler you have "\Microsoft\Windows\Time Synchronization\SynchronizeTime" is active.

The Internet Tab is set to synchronize the time already, and the Task Scheduler already has synchronization set also, but with the scheduler, it only does that once a week, which means that the time might be wrong for days before being reset. Not sure when it synchronizes with the Internet Tab.

EDIT: Come to think of it, the Task Scheduler is set to synchronize every Sunday at 1 A.M., but since I just had to reset it just before posting this thread, it must not have worked.

Curiously, my HTPC, which is not connected to either the internet or the network, shows the correct time without me having to reset it.
