    Best All-In-One Tweak program is probably Windows 7 Manager by Yamicsoft ( HOMEPAGE ). You have to pay but there is a thirty day trial if you want to check it out.

    AND...listen to Captain Jack regarding restore points - always always always

    Anyway, hope you like it!

    This bit here from what it can do,

    Tweak your system to improve windows startup and shutdown speed, tweak your hardware to increase system speed and performance;
    the only "tweak" to hardware outside of overclocking is better hardware.

    Or you can find everything that does here,

    In general tweaking result in poorer performance on Windows 7. Steer clear.

    I would roll back any tweaks that program has made using its restore feature, then uninstall it and bury it in the backyard along with anything AVG.
