No, it's normally on the mobo CD or obtained from the manufacturers site.

The iGPU is actually an intel HD3000 integrated into the CPU (hence, iGPU). I haven't played with enough (ie at all yet) to explain it adequately, so:

    Article said:
While the Z68 Express chipset enables the simultaneous use of both the integrated GPU (iGPU) of Sandy Bridge processors as well as a separate graphics card or cards, all you can do with this capability is run multiple monitors; Virtu gives you more options. Specifically, Virtu supports two different modes:
    • Virtu i-Mode allows seamless switching between integrated Intel HD graphics and a separate graphics card, resulting in significant power savings when the power of the graphics card isn't required. In this mode the monitor is plugged into one of the motherboard's video ports.
    • Virtu d-Mode enables the use of a separate graphics card while allowing the use of Intel's "Quick Sync" video transcoding technology, which runs on the iGPU. In this mode the monitor must be plugged into the graphics card.
    ...cont

Even if it turns out to have nothing to do with the WEI, at least you discovered a new toy :)

Couldn't hit 7.9 with Sandy Bridge

    i7-2700K @ 5.2Ghz ~1.5V = 7.8 WEI
2x4GB RAM, off timings for the moment, at 1866Mhz CL-11 = 7.9 WEI
GTX 470 = 7.8/7.8 WEI (no change with adding virtu)
    RAID0 2x OCZ Vertex 3 120GB in SATA6Gb/s slots = 7.9 WEI

Do legit WEI #'s matter, no ofcourse not, neither do the numbers on the dyno when test your car's power.
