Hey everyone,
I am just wondering some general tips that can be done to improve my computers performance.
It runs fine but faster is better.
I know to do disk cleanup's, uninstall things that are not used but I want to know anything else that would help.
I figure this forum would be a great place to ask because the past posts I have asked have gotten great response and help from.

Not much, assuming a given set of hardware. Here's some general maintenance ideas:
Defrag per the Windows defragger schedule of once a week.
Install an app such as HWInfo32 that can monitor your temps and fan speeds
Keep Windows updated, at least for critical and important updates.
Keep anti-virus and anti-malware updated and working well.
Resist urges to fiddle with the registry.
Resist third party applications that promise to improve or speed up your PC experience.
Get an SSD if you don't have one now.
There isn't really much to add to the list above. The best tweaking advice for Windows 7 is to leave it alone. Keep your system updated as mentioned, and spend your time enjoying it.
Some of these tips to Clean up factory bloatware may be helpful even if you don't have a factory preinstall.
