Getting Deferred Procedure Calls and System Interrupts - Please Help

Getting Deferred Procedure Calls and System Interrupts - Please Help
Issue occured after I perform input/output (I/O) operations from a Toshiba storage device
External Storage device file movement input through USB Hard drive adapter:
Manufacturer: Sabrent -UBS 2.0 to SATA Hard Drive Adapter
    CPU0 - Pegged at 15 to 20 Average CPU
No Results on my own efforts:
    Universal Serial Bus Controllers
Intel 6 Serive/C200 Series Chip set Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1C26 and 1C2d
Updated Driver Software - already up-to-date
Uninstalled Intel 6 Series / C200 Series chip set Family USB Enhanced Host Controllers - Both
    PC - Toshiba Satellite L755
    Processors
    Intel Core i5 - 2430M CPU @ 2.4 GHz
•The computer has 4GB of RAM.

That could be a driver problem. Run this program and see whether you get red spikes. If yes, see what it says regarding drivers.

    LatencyMon Report

Highest DPC routine execution time (µs): 387.3746
Driver with highest DPC routine execution time: ndis.sys - NDIS 6.20 driver, Microsoft Corporation
Highest reported total DPC routine time (%): 10.3053
Driver with highest DPC total execution time: ACPI.sys - ACPI Driver for NT, Microsoft Corporation
Highest ISR routine execution time (µs): 179.5939
Driver with highest ISR routine execution time: ACPI.sys - ACPI Driver for NT, Microsoft Corporation
Highest reported total ISR routine time (%): 4.7930
Driver with highest ISR total time: ACPI.sys - ACPI Driver for NT, Microsoft Corporation

    CONCLUSION
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One or more DPC routines belonging to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. You may have to disable wireless adapters to get better results. You might have to disable your battery device to get better results.

Looks like you have to update a few drivers.

    ACPI.sys file date 11/20/2010
    ndis.sys file date 11/20/2010

I went through device manager and ran update driver on all items with NDIS and ACPI in their title.

As well I ran update driver on many other items... all were up to date

If ACPI.sys and ndis.sys need to be update, I am not sure how?

    thanks again

Those are the subsystem files in Windows, not drivers - you need to update *your* drivers for the hardware in your computer from the manufacturer's website.

    Updated all Toshiba Chipset Drivers

I have updated the drivers from Toshiba - My Intel Graphic Card had newer drivers. This was the only update.

I have a strong feeling I am having this problem:
You encounter problems when you move data over USB from a Windows 7

Next Step: I will be doing a clean boot today........

Below is the LatencyMon Report starting with Conclusion I ran today:
