    Two issues

1-McAffee. Remove and replace with Microsoft Security essentials at least to test.

I do notice McAffee which is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials at least to test.

How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

2-Related to NETwNs64.sys Wireless WiFi Link Driver from Intel Corporation. I would re-install newest available veresion.

Forget the Bios update for now. I too would STRONGLY suggest you get rid of the McAfee before you do anything else.
