    No Desktop Background Pic


    Hi, can anyone tell me why I can not load a desktop picture. The desktop stays with the black backdrop no matter what I do..

    it could be that windows is booting in safe mode. Is there any text on screen written safe mode?

    And have you used any patch or something???

    No not in safe mode that I can see, have only installed version 6.1.7100. Touched nothing since then.

    yep, it says it is activated. hey I appreciate your help. As windows is shutting down, my loaded desktop picture flashes on the screen for a couple of seconds before the puta turns off.

    Is there any way of putting win7 back to default settings, as knowing me, I may have changed something without even knowing it.

    Try system restore..
    are you using Beta keys?

    yep, using beta, will give sys restore a try.

    Beta keys had expired some weeks ago.
    That is why you Desktop is pitch black. And your computer will shutdown in every two hour.

    System restore wont work.

    use a RC key to activate. That should fix your problem.
