Hyberfil.sys Won't Stay Off After powercfg -h off, Disable in CP

I have turned of Hybrid Sleep, Hibernation in Control Panel.

I have run "powercfg -h off" with Administrative Privileges.

I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64. I can delete hyberfil.sys after the above, but as soon as I reboot it is back.

    Can anyone help?

    Many thanks,

Try Option Three here> Hibernate - Enable or Disable

You may have already. This is what I did on mine. I set it as shown to "Never".
