Three performance problems in Windows 7

Hi! I've been using Windows 7 since 2010 and I got this problem/s:

Problem 1:
Windows detected a Hard Disk Failure
Windows tells me to back up my files and contact the manufacturer of my PC. Yet, I notice no symptoms at all. So, I just chose to stop Windows alerting me for that problem.

Problem 2:
I always used Readyboost to speed up my PC. But, after some months from the alerts above, I cannot use Readyboost. In the ReadyBoost tab under Properties, it says that
" ReadyBoost is not enabled because the service responsible for ReadyBoost (Sysmain) has been turned off on this computer. An administrator can turn the Sysmain service back on."
I tried to search the web for that and I found out that the service has the name Superfetch in services.msc. It is stopped. I tried to manually turn it on but it displays the error "Windows could not start the Superfetch service on Local Computer. Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified. I was wondering if this is the cause of the Hard Disk failure...

Problem 3:
After some time, I noticed that my RAM usage is quite high. It is usually above 40% (I have 2 GB RAM), and it sometimes peak to 70 or 80%. To resolve it, I run Smart RAM in Advanced SystemCare to push it down. And, it returns to 20-30%. But, after about 15 mins. it returns to 40% or above. I have to use Smart RAM again...

I have been searching different websites for those three problems and I can't find a solution. Below are some of my Task Manager screenshots. Thanks in advance!

Windows 10 Pro (x64)

Stop using this "Smart RAM" whatever it is. Until you are hitting an excessive amount of hard faults DO NOT worry about your RAM.

To problem number 1...I'm sorry but that is a stupid thing to do. If Windows is alerting you to the fact that something is wrong with your HDD, you should really listen to it. Just because you don't notice symptoms does not make it any more or less of an issue. It can have a catastrophic failure at any point.

Problem 3: Unless you really notice heavy slow downs buy more ram, period. 2GB is like the minimum for Win7.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 performance problems. Need any help.
Hello. Three days ago I installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my PC. I've had the x32 version for half a year and I wanted to install the x64 one. After I did, I noticed a slight performance loss in games like Minecraft, Warframe and such. These worked fine on my old Windows x32. I...

Performance log for overheating or RAM problems?
Hello! For the third time (it happens every five to ten years...), I had a computer that was rebooting out of nowhere on me. This time it was doing so when running a video conversion program. I took a stab that it was poor heat transfer from CPU to heat sink, got some thermal grease (compound)...

I love Logmein. I use it more than physically sitting at my desktop. Actually, I'm using it even now to write this. What's strange is that when I made the leap to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 a few days ago, it seems that Logmein performance took a huge turn for the worst. As far as I can tell all my...
